FAQ: Fixed Price Mode
What if a token launch is incomplete/unsuccessful?
Less Than 25% Sold: If less than 25% of the tokens are sold all rounds (12 hours), the token sale will be deemed unsuccessful. All participants will receive a full refund of their contributions, the liquidity pool will not be seeded, and airdrop allocations will be returned to the protocol.
25% to 99% Sold: In the event of an incomplete sale (e.g. tokens sold = >25% but <100%), the token sale will be considered successful. The liquidity pool will be seeded and all participants will receive their protocol tokens as intended.
What happens to the liquidity bootstrapped after the token launch event?
Immediately following the conclusion of a token sale, the funds raised will be deployed in a whitelisted liquidity pool on Kodiak.
By default, 100% of the liquidity bootstrapped will be deployed to the liquidity pool. However, in some cases, a portion of the funds raised may be withdrawn by the project team for liquidity deployment on their own dApp, partner dApps, or for operational expenses. Details regarding the amount to be withdrawn and the specific destination multi-sig will be clearly communicated to the community prior to the sale.
The resultant LP tokens returned from Kodiak will subsequently be locked on InterPoL, a vault locker developed by The Honey Jar, for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
How do I get more allocation into a token launch?
You can win more allocation in two ways.
In some launches, the protocol will organize a Private Round where community contributors will be whitelisted for guaranteed allocation. The criteria and conditions of the Private Round is decided by the protocol itself, and not by Ramen.
Alternatively, you can increase your gRAMEN position by staking more $RAMEN, or increase your staking duration and earn more Gacha over time. The participation strategy might look something like this:
Submitting one lottery entry into every single Fixed Price Mode launch, or
Saving all your Gacha to submit 10+ entries into a small number of Fixed Price Mode launch(es)
If I did not win allocation, can I still participate in the Overflow Round?
Yes. If you have registered for the token launch event and you have spent Gacha to enter the lottery, you are eligible to participate in the Overflow Round, provided that there are balance allocation.
The individual allocation cap in the Overflow Round is 5x the original allocation cap of one allocation ticket e.g. if the allocation cap of one allocation ticket in the Gacha Round is 50 $BERA, the allocation cap of a single wallet is 250 $BERA in the Overflow round.
The Overflow Round will last for 2 hours, or when all balance allocation is purchased completely.
